UK Trip- Scotland
Friday, October 9th, 2009Finally I decided to post my UK trip series with photos. I would like to start with our stay in Scotland where of course it was cloudy or rainy. I asked Al’s father: “How many days per week does it rain here?” He answered,” Six and a half.”

Finally we found the rain much lighter and nearly stopped. So before the lunch time in grandparents’, Al’s father gave us a ride around the town of St. Andrews which is a famous university town in Scotland. Although we only had a brief sightseeing in the car, I liked this little lovely town and felt I would like to come back again. Wendy said she was considering to apply for the university cause she was told their president was a handsome noble man.

Grandma was knitting a trendy hat. Finding that I’m interested in vintage stuffs and antiques, she was pleased to show me the old things they had in the house. Some of them are over 100 years old. And she gave me an old wedgewood plate as a present when I left.
Grandpa likes sitting in his chair reading newspaper or watching TV. He’s gonna be 90 years old this year.
