Thank you for the link Giles.I am interested in seeing your wife’s art.And your son is so lovely.:-) I haven’t drawn for a long time since I have been busy with work, freakingly busy.Hoping the day of my leaving will come soon…Currently on a business trip in Shanghai.I really like the atmosphere here, went to some art gallery.God I miss drawing.

I think you should use your Finance background in a future job, is a useful skill. You could create a Financial website, then make regular money from the ads…then you can do what you want to do…easy. If you quit your job with nothing to fall back on, you'll regret it…just develop.

Artist life is going well in China, if you see my site I've already had an exhibition/magazine interviews in HK this month and am working towards the next one.

Yes, I know…I have a full-time job now in Finance. But aint want to do it anymore in the future. I suppose I need to learn some graphic software to be able to find some job. How is your artist life going in China?

Well the direction is that you want to draw and paint right? I took up an unrelated subject for 10 years Web Design, but always longed to paint…now I realised I should continue with it. But always have Web Design to fall back on. Perhaps get yourself a paid skill for now and continue with your work…things will really work out.

Thanks for your comment. I will keep it up surely, but need direction. I think the artists who can live by selling art at the same time are lucky.
